Smell, taste, and learn your way through an array of delicious pairings. We want to give people an interesting, enriching experience and walk away with an education about cheese, pairings and how to properly store it. In this workshop, you’ll learn guidelines that elevate your knowledge and provide you with an experience that is truly unmatched.
Guests will be greeted by Cheesemonger Kurt Mullican who will have previously selected a few cheeses and pairings. They will gather around and see a demonstration of how to put together a cheese board. From selecting cheeses, pairings and how to display cheese on your board to give you the most amazing culinary work of art that also tastes divine. Some workshops will allow guests to build their own cheese boards.
After the board is assembled and there is plenty of time for discussion and questions, guests will taste and enjoy the cheeses and pairings.
