Itinerary
We’ll be hiking and birding a section of Three Lakes WMA in the morning. Then we’ll continue to Joe Overstreet Landing for amazing photographic opportunities of birds and especially raptors and Bald Eagles. Species highlights may include Florida Scrub-jay, Brown-headed Nuthatch, Bachman’s Sparrow, Crested Caracara, Limpkin, Snail Kite, Swallow-tailed Kite, Red-cockaded Woodpecker, Purple Gallinule, and Painted Bunting.
