Itinerary
Join Sharon for a healing evening of breathwork. The session will begin once everyone is comfortable on their yoga mat. Yoga mats, blankets, and eye covers will be provided along with a custom blend of essential oils, Sage, Palo Santo, and other tools to help optimize this experience.
At first, we will set an intention for the session, and then Sharon will guide everyone through a simple but effective 3-part breath. Along the way, Sharon will provide assistance for each of you to reach a deeper level of healing. Throughout the session, a curated playlist including spiritual and world music will be played to enhance the experience and help focus our minds.
Sharon uses a chakra clearing practice and guided meditation to help attendees release what no longer serves them. This technique can really help move you from feeling stuck to being empowered, inspired, and centered again. We will end the evening with a 30 minute sound healing journey
