The tour begins with a pick-up from your hotel. From there, you’ll head off to explore the famous Grand Palace and Wat Phra Keo.
Bangkok’s impressive Grand Palace has an area of 218,400 sq. meters and is surrounded by walls built in 1782, each with a length of 1,900 meters (6,230 feet). Within these walls are the government offices and the Royal Chapel of the Emerald Buddha, along with the Thai royal residences.

Next, discover the remarkable Wat Phra Kaeo, the most beautiful and important Buddhist temple in Thailand. It is so richly and intricately decorated that you are sure to feel as if you are in a real “city of angels” from the moment you step inside.

Arrive at Wat Pho (the Temple of the Reclining Buddha) to explore another of Bangkok’s magnificent temples. Founded in the 16th century, this is the oldest and biggest temple with the largest number of pagodas (95 in all) in the city. It’s also well known for its huge Reclining Buddha, at 46 meters (150 feet) long and 15 meters (50 feet) high.
A short walk from Wat Pho, you will try a traditional Thai massage. Unlike other massages, the Thai style involves stretching and deep massage. This form of bodywork is usually performed on the floor, and the massage recipient changes into loose, comfortable clothes and lies on a mat or firm mattress on the floor.

Built on an artificial man-made hill, the Golden Mount is the temple’s most well-known landmark and is a sacred pilgrimage site during the weeklong worshipping period in November. To get to the top requires a climb up some 300 steps, which encircle the chedi like a loosely coiled snake.
