This mezcaleria has more than 100 different types of mexican spirits hailing from all around Mexico (mainly mezcal but also tequila, raicilla, bacanora and sotol), providing a rich representation of the variations of the distillate.

We would learn about the origins of mezcal, history and culture, also it’s properties and characteristics, the process and of course how to taste mexican spirits.
We will be visiting San Mezcal, a local mezcaleria and taste 3 mezcal and 3 tequilas, or if you prefer, you can even have a more personalized tasting by choosing bacanora, sotol, or raicilla (other types of mexican spirits).
