Arrival at Trebotti, on top of the hill a terrace overlooking the Tiber with a breathtaking view of the Teverina valley and the Alviano oasis. Welcome coffee. Let’s start the guided tour, with a walk through the vineyards and olive groves, telling you about our sustainability projects. You will meet our mascot the donkey Jane and we will take you to the discovery of the ancestral cave: a probable Etruscan tomb from 2500 years ago where our classic ancestral method sparkling wine matures for years! Then, accompanied to the cellar, between nature and works of art, we will tell you about the organic winemaking process.
After the visit to the winery, we have lunch with the winemaker!

2. Risotto with Tusco Sangiovese DOP Tuscia, black Reatino bacon
3. Free-range chicken with our oil and wild herbs, marinated 24 hours and accompanied by freshly picked vegetables from the garden
