 In 4 years of activity in my pasta shop I received many nominations: in the prestigious Gambero Rosso guide from 2017 and as the best among 10 pasta factories in Rome. In Italy the pasta factory is a place where fresh pasta is produced and sold to those who want to cook it at home. I was inspired by the pasta that my grandmother used to prepare when I was a child. It was a very special pasta and today I realized my dream because I am proud to teach, right inside my pasta factory , the old Italian method of making pasta for hundreds of people who want to learn how to eat healthy pasta according to the true Italian tradition transmitting all the love and passion of my family.

Today I dedicate myself to organizing high-value cooking classes to teach how to make fresh artisan pasta in a simple and effective way, thus managing to make all the recipes of the lesson at home.

Today I dedicate myself to organizing high-value cooking classes to teach how to make fresh artisan pasta in a simple and effective way, thus managing to make all the recipes of the lesson at home.

You will learn how to make many types of homemade pasta in a real pasta laboratory, reviewed among the “best 10 pasta factories in Rome”. we will start with handmade pasta, made with different types of flour: such as spelled, buckwheat and whole wheat flour. We will make thin puff pastry, explanation of safe food cutting procedures, realization of three types of ravioli, tortellini, fettuccine with two typical Italian sauces. The experience includes a delicious tasting of homemade hand-cut ham. We can welcome guests allergic to GLUTEN and VEGAN guests
We will cook all the pasta and sauces made during the lesson, eating our different types of pasta made, sipping a good Italian wine. An express preparation of tiramisu will follow as a dessert. In addition, all participants will be offered the exclusive professional chef hat with the “Pastificio Faini” logo. In addition to the normal program, a different version will be presented every day of the week: Monday-Wednesday-Saturday carbonara sauce; Tuesday-Friday Cacio e Pepe Sauce; Thursday dumplings!
