Itinerary
We will pick you up in a car, from the city at about 3-4 pm, heading to the desert, which is about 45 minutes away from the city. The roads are scenic, as they cut between the desert, with sand on both sides. There you will switch to your jeeps for the safari. It is advisable to have a sunglasses and a scarf for protection from sand.
One open jeep can comfortably seat 6-8 people for a safe ride. Based on the group size, number of jeeps will be assigned. Every jeep is private, there will be no sharing with any other group. The dune bashing with jeep safari is one and a half hours long activity. We will show you the different deserts that fall in our region, and you will also sight a lot of camels in the desert. Then you will be taken to the sunset point, where you can take pictures, and witness a magnificent sunset from the sand dunes.
After the sunset, we will take you to our campsite, where you will have a rajasthani royal welcome. After the welcome, you will be served welcome drinks (non-alcoholic) & snacks. You will watch a few cultural performances, then have delicious pure vegetarian Rajasthani dinner. After which, we will drop back to the Jaisalmer city in a car.
