You can Put on the apron & dabble in almost everything – kneading, frying, peeling, chopping, blending, roasting – it isn’t just about tasting food, it is about feeling it from the core. The dining experience in a family home helps in exchanging cultures and make new friends. Your host will be sharing his/her local knowledge with you when dinner is being prepared. You will learn about the traditions of home life, arranged marriages, joint families – and of course, the Rajasthani food !

Namaste! Relish a delightful meal that consists of a variety of Indian dishes. Lunch/dinner will be in the house of a local family. You will learn about the Indian culture, how an Indian house wife lives in joint family all together, lifestyle and different traditions as you cook and share a meal with the family. You can also learn how to apply Heena, how to wear a Indian Saree, get dresed as

Sample Menu
• Allo – Pyaj Pakodas…. – Chopped onion,
Gram flour
All spices (organic spices with orignal aroma and prepared at home)
Mix all ingredients with the help of water
Deep fry.
• Roasted Papad..
• Masala Chai – Indian tea – Flavoured tea made by black tea with mixture of aromatic Indian spices and herbs.
• Chapati – Indian bread – Made with wheat flour. To enhance the taste a pinch of salt is added to the flour and dough is prepared.
• Sabji préparation, How we prépare Daal, Aloo gobhi,and seasonal vegetables… – Tadka in a ghee/oil is given to the chopped vegetables or dal. Magic of Indian spices enhance the taste and aroma of the dishes.
• Rice – we will teach how to make a Veg-Biryani – Rice and vedetables are use to make Biryani with number of spices.
• Halwa – A spécial désert from Dessert – Suji ka Halwa (semolina), Fry suji in ghee and add water to it. to sweaten the halwa sugar is added and garnished with dry fuits.
