After a comfortable pickup from your hotel in Delhi, after a couple of hours journey you will reach “Sultanpur Bird sanctuary ” You can have a good walk around the park and watch beautiful migratory birds.
There are different zones to the place. One can upon entering take left and enjoy spoting birds in the wooded area or just keep walking on the banks of the lake to enjoy the scene. There is a small path which leads to a space which gives you a feel of an Island and close to the water from where one can spot many varieties of water birds. A climb up the tower ( there are 3 -4 of them but this one is towards the end of the walk on the lake bank) gives you a full view of this small (in perceptive) but a beautiful water body. Its not crowded so has a nice feeling and energy that tells you to come back for more.
This area has also got largest deer species of India the “Blue Buck” deer.
