90 mins yoga, breath, and meditation class. These sessions are very useful for pain reduction, stress management, and great sleep quality improvement.
One can opt for individual or group sessions. There are several time slots during the day when such sessions can be joined. Our yoga sessions include yin yoga, ashtanga yoga, hatha yoga, tibbetan rites for age reversal, vinyasa flow yoga. Our meditation practices include mindfulness, chakra meditation, and sound meditations.
