o The details of the car and the driver will be shared with the guests one day prior to the service
o The driver will reach the designated pick up location 15 minutes before the actual time of the service
o The driver will wait for a period of max. 30 minutes for the guests from the designated pick up timing.
o The guests are requested to be ready in the hotel lobby. Post 30 minutes, the waiting charges of Rs. 200 per hour will be applicable
o In case of any flight delay/cancellations, the driver will wait for a period of 30 minutes post which additional waiting charges of Rs. 200 per hour will be applicable
o In case of any changes in the schedule, the guests are requested to inform the company 12 hours in advance
o Additional night charges applicable for the services booked for the time between 11:00 pm to 6:00 am
