Stop At: Sunset in Oia, Oia Greece

Optional visit: See the iconic blue domed churches, marbled paved floors, scenic pathways, plenty open-air cafes, restaurants, art galleries and a large shopping area. Oia is one of the most photographed places in the world, situated on top of an impressive cliff and offers spectacular views. The village has several cultural attractions such as: The maritime museum, traces of a Venetian fortress and the captains houses. You may as well see the cave houses used to be the homes of ship crews, and the neo-classical architecture, when the village was inhabited by the affluent class of ship owners. The world famous sunset in Oia is available by choosing an afternoon departure.

Stop At: Imerovigli, Imerovigli, Santorini, Cyclades, South Aegean

Optional visit: Located at the highest & most central part of the Caldera. Take memorable pictures and admire an impressive view to the Volcano and Skaros rock.

Optional visit: This settlement is made of hundreds of small white painted houses with exquisite architecture, tiny alleys, tower bells, beautiful blue domed chapels and underground cave houses. In this picturesque and non-touristic environment, you’ll truly be basking in the local culture and lifestyle.

Stop At: Akrotiri Lighthouse, 84700 Greece

Optional visit: Built by a French company in 1892, it’s considered one of the most beautiful of the Cycladic Islands and a unique point to watch the sunset. Standing on the edge of a high cliff right above the sea, its position is ideal for taking panoramic pictures and admiring Santorini’s famous Caldera from a different point of view.

Stop At: Monastery of Profitis Ilias, Epar. Od. Pirgou Kallistis 3 km from Pyrgo Thira, Moni Profitou Ilia, Moni Profitou Iliou 847 00 Greece

Optional visit: Admire the most breathtaking view from the island’s highest peak. From this vantage point, you will enjoy a striking view of the entire island. The Mountain’s name is Profitis Ilias (Prophet Elias), coming from the Monastery with the same name on its peak, built in 1711. Whilst in this stunning and peaceful environment, you may as well taste wine and local products made by the monks, who reside at the monastery.

Optional visit: The oldest village in Santorini, known as the island’s “historic monument”. Built on the top of a hill, this settlement holds a 16th century Venetian castle. A charming location to wander around, built by the locals to fortify the area into small alleys and circle shape roads. The village is surrounded by vineyards, blue domed churches, narrow cave houses with charming balconies and pebbled paths.

Stop At: Castelli of Emporio, Emporio Greece

Optional visit: Constructed in the mid-15th century by the Venetians to shield themselves from the pirate invasions. Stroll through the interior of this well maintained fortified settlement with interesting architecture, quaint ambience and beautiful colors. The scenary reminds a labyrinth with very narrow streets, arches and houses built side by side. It is considered one of the most beautiful landmarks and a must-see site of Santorini.

Stop At: Akrotiri Archaeological Site, Akrotiri 84700 Greece

Optional visit: Explore Akrotiri Archaeological Site and go back into time to marvel the secrets and wonders of this lost ancient city. This 4000 year old Bronze age settlement prospered for centuries before being eradicated by a great volcanic eruption. Eventually it was buried in Volcanic Ash, which ironically helped to protect the artifacts from being destroyed. Stroll through the ancient walls and take a glimpse of a Minoan town with the 3-story buildings, well preserved frescoes, an elaborate drainage system and much more.

Optional visit: In the suburbs of Akrotiri, visit a family farm and taste homemade wine and local products, that do not contain any preservatives or chemical additives. Optional visit: Follow a small road towards the hilltop above the village of Emporio. Along the rim see the 8 traditional windmills and an isolated white washed chappel on the edge of the cliff. A stunning location with an open view, suitable for panoramic pictures and a wonderful sunset.

Stop At: Santorini Arts Factory, Vlichada Greece

Optional visit: A former tomato cultivation & production facility, which has been transformed into a modern Museum. Learn about Santorini’s famous cherry tomato, which is thicker-skinned, sweeter and smaller than the garden-variety because of the island’s volcanic soil and lack of water. Take a free guided tour through the old equipment & other antiques, learn the history of tomato production and taste the tomato paste.

Stop At: Estate Argyros, Episkopi Gonia, 84700 Greece

Optional visit: Follow a wine exhibition and taste in one of the most modern wineries in Santorini. This facility includes some of the oldest vines of the island, which are over 150 years old. Taste several varieties of outstanding boutique wine based only on the indigenous varieties of Santorini accompanied by a cheese plater.

Stop At: Venetsanos Winery, Eparchiaki Odos Firon-Ormou Perissis, Megalochori 84700 Greece

Optional visit: One of the oldest wineries in Santorini built at 1947. Learn about quality, enology and flavor alchemy. The Venetsanos family has a very long tradition in producing wine and has become the first industrial winery on the island. Taste your favorite wine selection accompanied by local tapas on a private table overlooking the magnificent caldera.

Stop At: Wine Museum Koutsogiannopoulos, Epar. Od. Messarias – Archeas Thiras, Vothonas 847 00 Greece

Optional visit: A unique natural wine museum to learn the history of wine production in Santorini dated from 1660 to 1970. The museum occupies a natural cave of 300 meters long with corridors shaped like maze. The wine tasting takes place in a specialy designed room.
