Day 1: 16 April Saturday – Check-in Champollion II
Stop At: Aswan, Aswan, Aswan Governorate, Nile River Valley

In the afternoon your cruise begins downstream. In Kom Ombo you will visit the double temple of Sobek and Haroeris, for the night your cruise ship will make a stopover in Edfu.

Day 2: 17 April Sunday : Edfu – Luxor Temple
Stop At: Edfu, Edfu, Nile River Valley
In the morning depart to the city of Edfu to visit the Horus Temple. Afterwards, cruise to Luxor and experience the captivating ambience of the Nile from the sun deck before arriving at the ancient royal seat of Luxor. Day 3: 18 April Monday: West Thebes – Karnak
Stop At: Luxor, Luxor, Nile River Valley
In the early morning, we start the tour to the West Bank, where we visit the tombs in the legendary Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut and the mighty colossi of Memnon. A visit to the Karnak Temple with the ancient avenue of the Sphinx completes the afternoon.

Day 4: 19 April .Tuesday: Luxor Qena – Dendera – Naga Hamadi
Stop At: Qena, Qena, Qena Governorate, Nile River Valley
In the morning our Nile cruise ship sets course for Qena; After breakfast, pay a visit to the Hathor Temple in Dendera, dedicated to the all-encompassing mother goddess. Then your river cruise takes you down the beautiful Nile Valley, past the lock of Naga Hammadi for the overnight stay.

Day 5: 20 April, Wednesday: Abydos – Sohag
Stop At: Abydos, Al Balyana, Sohag Egypt
Early morning drive to Ballina, visit the temple complex of Abydos, the once important place of worship of Osiris. The excellently preserved Temple of Seti impresses with its famous list of kings. Continue through the magnificent Nile valley, past picturesque villages, to the pier in Sohag around 8 p.m.

Day 6: 21 April, Thursday: Sohag – River cruise to Tell El Amarna

After passing the lock, continue your adventurous river cruise along the lush green Nile oasis – with the desert as a backdrop – on the longest river in the world to Tell El-Amarna and have breakfast on the sun deck.

In Malawi we cross the Nile bridge in the morning and drive to the opposite bank of the Nile to visit Tuna El-Gebel and the best-preserved border stele of the former Akhenaten capital in the western desert. The extensive excavation area of Tell El-Amarna follows. Here the temple ruins of the Aten cult and several revealingly decorated tombs are the focus of the visit. In the afternoon, continue to Minia. evening walk.

In the morning you visit the rock tombs of Beni Hassan on the edge of the desert in Minia. Back on the ship, we pick up speed and drift downriver towards the north. From the sun deck, you can enjoy the incredible river landscape and observe the tranquil life of people and animals as well as the Nile Gardens with the desert in the background. Overnight in Beni Suef.
