Fantastic hands-on cooking class
This was absolutely the best hands-on cooking experience we’ve ever had. We’ve done cooking classes before but this experience was unique in that we started in the market – looking at and purchasing the fresh produce and fish that we were going to prepare (based on a conversation about food preferences and allergies with the Chef.) Then at the very well equipped and modern cooking school, we did the work with guidance and clear instructions. We cleaned and prepared grilled vegetables, fish carpaccio, risotto, fresh bread, baked sea bass and a creme caramel for dessert. This was not only a fun, family experience but it was delicious!

• sea bass carpaccio, fish and vegetables tartar, home made bread – Fresh Adriatic Sea fish, great chef’s techniques and local lemons together in perfect favourite starter.
• Sea risotto – Prepared from the scratch, with Adriatic prawns, Dalmatian olive oil and wine.
• Fish stew “Gregada” or Adriatic fish grilled with side dishes and salads – Served with up to five side dishes and salads
• “Rožata” – Dalmatian Creme Caramel – Traditional dessert you will learn how to prepare at home
