The ride starts in front of the hotel Alkar. The asphalt road leads us across river Cetina towards Peruća lake.
The ride continues over the macadam road through intact areas, through the foothills of beautiful Dinara mountain, and to The Church of the Holy Salvation from 9 ͭ ͪ century AD.
After a short descent, we will reach the spring of the Cetina river where we will relax and have lunch.
Later on, we head back towards Peruća lake where we can take a swim, and then we return to the hotel Alkar using the same route.
This tour includes marvelous views, but it’s not an easy one as there are many kilometers to cross (approximately 80 kilometers).

This tour is best suited for experienced mountain bike riders, it is 80km long with one big uphill, but regardless of all the effort you put in and all the sweat, the thrilling river Cetina spring and its surroundings will leave you breathless. After a break and a nice lunch, we head back to our starting point hotel Alkar.

This reservoir is the source of the Cetina river. Rising from a spring at Milasevo near a small village called Cetina, 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) north of Vrlika, it flows 101 kilometres (63 mi) to the Adriatic Sea. It is the most water-rich river in Dalmatia.

Lake Peruća is the second largest artificial lake in Croatia.
Located in inland Dalmatia, south of the source of the River Cetina, northeast of the State route D1 between the towns of Sinj and Vrlika.
The Lake is on the course of the River Cetina, bounded by Svilaja mountain to the southwest and Dinara mountain to the northeast.
