Then we leave the bay and go further to the very south of the coast while following kilometers long sandy beaches and island St Nicholas.
Journey takes us at the most vistied island St Stefan that contains fortified village dating back to 15th century and it is a unique atmospheric setting of cobbled lanes, handsome courtyards and serene sea view.
Main stop is city Budva known for its well-preserved medieval walled city, sandy beaches and diverse nightlife. Budva is 2,500 years old, which makes it one of the oldest settlements on the Adriatic coast.
Here guests have lunch ,explore the old town and visit the city walls.
After there is free time for swimming .

Stop At: Perast, Perast, Kotor Municipality
Perast is one of the most beautiful Baroque towns in Montenegro. As a former sailor center it still shines with marvelous buildings, pretty churches and a romantic waterfront.
Perast has a long history, which is dating back to the 13th century. As the center for boaters, captains and sailors, the small town grew steadily and gained wealth at the 16th century. During a walk through the old town you can still admire many splendid villas and marvelous buildings, which have already been well restored.
Inside the old town along the narrow streets you will find around 16 different churches. Probably the most famous church in Perast and one of the main attractions is the Church of St Nicholas. With a 55-meter-high bell tower, it is the highest building in all of the Bay.
In the old town guests can visit Bujovic Palace. This architectural masterpiece is located directly at the sea promenade and it is the only palace in town, that can be visited from inside.

After free time in Perast we will visit island Our Lady of the Rocks with the church built in 17th century.The only man-made island on the Adriatic, The island made by scuttling old ships and depositing stones around a small crag.
The church houses a venerable 15th century icon of Virgin Mary, now know as Our Lady of the Rocks, and an altar made of Carrara marble is a work of Genovese sculptor Antonio Capelano.
Because the church was so important to the area, the interior was richly decorated with many art gifts through time.
Behind the church there is a small museum dedicated to history of Perast. The courtyard in front is known as “Place of Reconciliation.” Today the small island church acts as a sort of cultural center of Catholics of Boka.

Sveti Stefan (St Stefan) is a town in Montenegro. Previously a fishing village, in 1960 it was converted into the old town, with its tower, narrow streets, shops and small churches, remained unchanged.
Sveti Stefan is an unusual and unique place not only at Montenegro or Budva’s Riviera but in the whole Mediterranean. It stands on the cliff of a rocky island with roofs red like rubies. A sand isthmus looking like a stem connects it with the land. It came into existence in a unique way.
The first accounts of Sveti Stefan date from 1442. It was mentioned as a coastal fort that played a significant role in a regional war and is said to have been constructed as a defense against the Turks. Because of its fortifications, Sveti Stefan was a strategically valuable place for many decades, even centuries.
It was virtually destroyed during the fourth Ottoman-Venetian War and rebuilt in the 16th century. It also functioned as a haven for Adriatic pirates at the time.

The city walls in Budva exhibit mesmerizing views of the sea leaving you with the feeling of experiencing a place out of the world. The city walls are a spectacular attraction located in the old town depicting the charm of medieval time.
A powerful fortress wall around the Ancient Town of Budva in Montenegro was rebuilt by the Venetians during the Renaissance after a devastating earthquake in the 17th century. The first defensive constructions of the city were erected here in the 9th century, and one of the ancient fortress walls was part of the Benedictine monastery that overlooked the coast. According to ancient engravings in the museum of Budva, the city fortifications of the 16th century has six somewhat elongated towers and one round one, between which stretched thick walls laid out of a hewn stone.

udva Old Town is a town full of history and legends. It goes back to Roman times when Roman and Greek necropolis (cemetery) was established here. When the foundations were being dug for the Hotels Ava and Mogren from 1936 to 1938 some graves were discovered. Following a disastrous earthquake in 1979 the foundations of a Roman villa, now known as Villa Urbana were revealed close to the graves. Many Roman and Hellenistic artefacts including gold and silver jewellery were also discovered and these are now on display in the Ethnographic Museum in the old town. The ruins of Villa Urbana can be seen close to Porta di Terra Ferma, the main gate into the old town.

Mogren beach is in the 3th place out of 19 beaches in the Budva Municipality region 1.5km away from its center, the city of Budva. It is one of the beaches of Budva settlement, just 1.5 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area with very picturesque views, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.
It is a short straight coastline with crystal turquoise water and light fine pebble
